Vibratory bowls efficiently count and sort hardware components during packaging. A vibrating feeder, equipped with a pulse electromagnetic coil, vertically vibrates the hopper to automatically orient and neatly arrange disordered hardware fastener for the next process.

Vibration specification： terminal disk diameter from φ80 to φ1000mm.
Vibration plate is divided clockwise and counterclockwise according to the direction of the material.
