A customer from Israel is looking for a machine that can count & pack screws – only from one type (not kits). They have around 50 different SKU’s.

Item: All screws, just different sizes and shapes – length up to 2-7 CM

Package: – plastic bag, Width of the pouch: up to 25 CM

Quantity range per bag or box: 100

The requirement of speed – flexible

We give this customer 3 kinds of packing solutions as follows.

Camera Counter    speed is about 10 bags/min, accuracy is 1/10000 quantity, able to pack your different size

Optical fiber counter  speed is about 1 bag/3min with one bowl for 100 pcs, accuracy is 1/1000 quantity, able to pack your different size in limit certain range

Weighing Machine into pouch  speed is about 10~30 bag/min, there are about 1~2 pcs more per bag, able to pack your different size

Finally, the customer choose the first one, Camera Counting and Bagging Machine for their screws.
